EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique.

EFT is:

A thought, memory, perception or emotion

When we experience any kind of trauma, big or small, emotional or physical, it creates a blockage in the meridians. This can result in a long list of symptoms including stress, PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, weight gain/loss, migraines, depression and much more.

This crazy, weird thing called tapping consists of learning where the meridian points are on the body that we use, how to tap on them, what to say when tapping and how to test the results. It is simple and easy to use anywhere.

The nice thing about Emotional Freedom Technique, aka Tapping, is that you don’t need to understand it or believe in it for you to experience results. And, you can use tapping on your own, anywhere, anytime to help alleviate emotional or physical distress.
